Despite no presidential endorsement from the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Louisville's branch has gone public with an endorsement.

The Teamsters, one of the most prominent and influential unions in the country, said Wednesday it will not endorse any presidential candidate this year.

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters declined to endorse a candidate for president this week, although both parties sought the support of the nation’s largest union. The group’s General Executive Board voted Wednesday to abstain from an endorsement,
