Gabriel Grande's parents are calling for sidewalks, bike lanes, or better lighting on roadway where their son lost his life.

Around 5:23 p.m., officers found a 14-year-old boy in need of medical attention as they responded to a crash between a vehicle and a bicycle on Viewpoint Drive between Manley and Long Mesa drives, police said. The boy was flown to a hospital, where he died from his injuries, according to police.
