Theodice and Theophilus Parks were arrested after a police chase involving two stolen cars ended in a fatal crash at East Avenue and Elmwood Avenue on August 22. A third person, Trevan Simmons, 19, was also arrested.

Two teenage brothers facing charges after a Rochester police chase ended with a fatal crash in Brighton last month are now awaiting trial.
