The Arizona Attorney General’s office will investigate a controversial policy in Surprise that led to a woman’s arrest during a council meeting.

New Hampshire law enforcement is investigating the suspicious death of an adult man in Littleton. Attorney General John Formella say that members of his office are responding to the scene but the exact circumstances are still under investigation.
